The BUSC Fall Invitational is considered a “Stay & Play” Tournament, which means that teams traveling into Tulsa, OK. are required to stay in hotels that are approved by the Tournament as a condition of participation. All teams requiring overnight accommodations MUST secure them through Traveling Teams. Failure to do so may result in your team not getting scheduled. Clubs with more than one team participating are expected to book a minimum of eight rooms per team per night.
To ensure the quality of service provided during our tournament, the Tournament Committee has appointed Traveling Teams as the official Hospitality Service for all of our events.
